5. Provision to Third Parties

7. Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

7-1 If a user makes any of the following requests, the Administrator will, after confirming that the user makes the request, conduct the necessary investigation without delay, correct or suspend the use of the personal information based on the results, and notify the user to that effect.
(1) When the correction of personal information is requested by the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law because the information is untrue, AND (2) When a request is made to suspend the use of personal information by the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law because the information has been handled for purposes beyond the scope of the purposes of use publicly announced in advance or that the information has been collected through deception or other wrongful means.
If the Adminisorator decides not to correct or suspend the use of the information, the Adminisorator will notify the user to that effect.

7-2 If the Administrator receives a request from a user to erase the user's personal information, and if the Administrator deems it necessary to comply with the request, the Administrator will erase the personal data after confirming that the user makes the request and will notify the user to that effect.

7-3 The provisions of 7-1 and 7-2 do not apply to cases in which the Administrator is not obligated to make corrections, etc., or suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

8. Privacy Policy Modification Procedures

The Administrator may change this Policy as necessary, and such changes shall become effective when posted on the website. However, in the event of a change to this policy that requires the user's consent under the law, the changed policy shall apply only to those users who have agreed to the difference in the manner prescribed by the Administrator. In the event of any changes to this Policy, the Administrator will notify users of such changes by displaying the revised Policy on the Administrator's website or by any other appropriate means.
